What to Include in Your Report

To help us investigate efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • The full URL(s) of the offending content.
  • A clear description of the violation and why you believe it violates our Terms of Service.
  • Screenshots or other evidence supporting your report.
  • Your contact information so we can follow up if needed.
  • For copyright claims: proof of ownership of the copyrighted material.

Copyright (DMCA) Claims

If you believe that content hosted on HourB infringes your copyright, please provide:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Important: Before reporting, please attempt to contact the website owner directly using any contact information available on their website. Many issues can be resolved directly between parties. If the website owner does not respond or refuses to address the issue, please proceed with filing a report to our abuse team.

Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge all abuse reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action within 48 hours for confirmed violations. Reports involving phishing, malware, or immediate threats to user safety are prioritized and handled as quickly as possible.
